Pet-Friendly Shopping Malls in Hong Kong (2026)

Hong Kong’s dog admission scheme is about restaurants, but several shopping malls also welcome dogs in the mall itself. The rules vary a lot — some allow dogs mall-wide, others only in designated zones, or only if your dog is leashed or carried in a stroller. Below is a verified list; always confirm on the mall’s own page before you go, as policies change.

Dogs welcome mall-wide — Dogs and cats are welcome throughout the mall, provided owners keep them under control and follow the mall’s terms. Pet strollers are available to borrow.

Designated pet zones — Woof Avenue is a dedicated dog park (open 10am–10pm). Pet dogs and cats only, supervised at all times by an adult and kept under control, max 2 pets per person. Dogs must be vaccinated, microchipped and hold a valid AFCD licence; clean up after them. Closed during Typhoon Signal No.3+, Black Rainstorm or “extreme conditions”.

Mid-to-large dogs must wear a muzzle and a leash no longer than 1.5m, or they may not enter or stay. Keep dogs under control, prevent barking, and clean up after them.
